⚖️ Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of the removed material and its prior location on the site

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification

  • Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court in Missouri), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files legal action within 10–14 business days.

🚫 Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, WoodenJupiter will, when appropriate, terminate user accounts of those who are determined to be repeat infringers.
